My name is Jeanette Grisham and I am super excited to share my experience with OneNote for Educators. I am currently an Assistant Principal at Bellingham High School and this is my second year using OneNote with my staff for observations. Just for context, I would like to note that, in our district, we engage in inquiry cycles with our staff for the evaluation process. An inquiry cycle would include observations with feedback debriefs after each observation, a mid-year check-in with staff, another cycle, and then the evaluation.
