1. Open your email from Kryterion.
2. Read the email.
3. It has a link that you need to open in a new Incognito window. To do so, right-click on the link and select Open Link in Incognito Window. A new window will open with the website.
4. Once you login, you will have 180 minutes (one sitting) to complete the exam. Don't sign in until you are ready.
5. You will be Welcomed to your new account. Accept and continue.
6. Create a new password that you don’t use on any of your other accounts. DON’T FORGET IT.
7. Click on the Start Exam button.
8. Your webcam will need to be activated. Click on the Activate Webcam button.
9. Take a photo.
10. Your exam will begin.

Suggestions for Success

1. This is an "open book" or "web search allowed" test
2. Use two computers or dual-screen monitors
3. Rely on copying-n-pasting text in scenarios to improve spelling
4. Mark items for review so you can come back to them later
5. Watch the wording on items. Read the whole scenario first, then decide the best way to get it done
6. You will need to change your password. Keep track of the new one
7. Webcam facial recognition is simply to ensure the same person takes the exam throughout
8. Use the "pin tab" feature to ensure you don't accidentally close out the exam
9. Save your work in the locations indicated by the exam instructions

If you pass, you will see fireworks. Yay!

If you fail the exam, you can take the exam again after 14 days have passed.

If you fail a third time, you will need to wait 12 months before taking the exam again.
