A close friend of your's does not want to do something you think is important. You decide that you need some new vocabulary in your word bank to help convince your friend.
Create a paper slides slideshow with these components:
Title slide with hand-drawn image
An about slide sharing your team's names
Persuasive word (for or against) and pictures that describe a situation
A closing slide
Use paper-n-makers/crayons to create your paper slideshow. Convert your paper slideshow to video using Shadow Puppet EDU on iOS, a Google Slides screencast (Screencastify, Nimbus ScreenRecorder).
EdPuzzle: With your web browser, use EdPuzzle to embed a short assessment at midpoint and end of your video to check for understanding. Submit the link to your EdPuzzle video with assessment to Seesaw, AND a copy of your video (two components)
Flipgrid.com or LetsRecap.com: Take advantage of either tool to invite your students to share their response to the video
